PAIA Manual

Manual in terms of section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (PAIA), read with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) · Last updated 19 August 2026

This manual explains how to request access to records held by Avolvia (Pty) Ltd t/a GoStartr, and the records we hold. It is published because Avolvia (Pty) Ltd is a private body registered in South Africa, and PAIA section 51 requires every private body to make this manual available. It applies to requests for records from anywhere in the world, not only from requesters in South Africa.
